One Page Checkout question
 

Hello,

Where still in building mode for my site, but i wanted to know what you thought of this mod.

For those who have used it on there stores, has it helped in sales?
Are there other ways to achieve similar results. ?

I have been using it since it was released, I have seen my cart abandonment decrease by about 20 percent.

I highly recommend installing this mod.

I have had it for 2 weeks. I am very happy with it, and my customers seem to be happy. Zero complaints or tech support calls or checkout assistance since it has been installed. Before checkout_one, we'd have at least a few calls a day --

I can't speak for stats on cart abandonment, since we also have the "remember anonymous carts" mod from WebsiteCM, and our customers FREQUENTLY add items, then come back after their kids are sleeping, or find 2 minutes, then checkout. So we have not been able to quantify abandoned carts stats.

The thing to remember is that checkout_one makes the process easier and CLEARER for the customer -- how can that NOT be superior to anything else we have?

How is the instal of it? Did you pay for it to be done, or did u do it yourself.

Im a nubbie at this , so im always thinking this in the back of my mind..

I did the install myself, Bill gives you very clear installation instructions. It is an easy install to do. Just follow the installation instructions.

Thanks for al lthe replies yall. I did however paid for Bill to install it. I would just rather ride on the side of caution till I pick this system up better.

Were allready having issues with images not shrinking, replacing them and they dont change etc... . Hopfefully my brotehr who handles the images will write a post about it soon and ask for help.

Something just aint write and we cant figure it out......
