X-Cart forums - New pages... How?

Hello, im actually embaressed to even ask this question. Ive read how to edit templates, etc...... But how do you just create a new page. For instance i want to add a faqs section. Now ive made a speeed bar link to faqs, ive even made a new template called faqs... So what do i do at this point? Just add text to it? Does it need formating of some sort? How do I link to a new template(page) via speed bar additions.

Another thing, say i wanted to add a new page to the left navigation system, say under the help section. How is this achieved.

Again im sorry im a total newbie to this. Perhaps im just overwhelmed, or burnt out & missing the obvious, but i just cant seem to figure out to quickly add more pages to the site. thank you for your time and please excuse my nuubness:mrgreen:

EDIT - I see the webmaster mode and all, and ive altered some that way by clicking on the stuff i want changes. And ive seen the /help.tpl templates in edit templates area. But how would I use webmaster mdoe to adjust them. Unlike, trms and conditons and otehrs i see on my store front, i dont see these other areas like "about us" "faqs" etc or how to edit. I dont even undertand how to make a url to these new pages either.

Id supply a link to the site, yet it is of adult nature and is set to shop closed mode.... Im currently using the 7 dana adult theme skin seen here http://7dana.com/shop/X-Cart-Adult-Red-p-17.html ... other than that ive added DSEFU, Scott from telafirma due is anytime to set up his Dynamic image generator, ive purchased the fancy categories but disabled now since I added the mod to do category /subcategory thumbs. Thats about it....
