How active newsletter?

I never manage to make show on my front page or ever know how can i send the newsletter to my customer..... any1 can tell me?

lol a bit unfair. The manual for news management is a bit daunting. Sometimes it is best to experiment on a test installation webosusa.

Well, to be fair, reading the manual first would have at least given a starting point.

I did.... but somehow i did╢t understand... sometimes this kind thing happen.... however i got to work. Just one problem....i create my news but does not show up on my news box on my website╢s front page. Any ideas?

Don't worry. I agree News Management isn't the friendliest of instructions.

Did you do a test send?

Does it comes up with the standard text "there is no news", or something or other?

1. Are you sure that News Management module is active?
2. Probably you added newslist only. You should to add Messages to Newslist.

Steps:
1. Add newslist at http://shop.com/admin/news.php
2. Open this newslist and go to the section 'Messages'
3. Add new message.

After that you will see new message at News menu at homepage.

Did you make sure to mark the message as "Show as News"? I have overlooked the obvious too...
