Trying to turn category title into a description
 

Take a look at this category page.

Now, let's say I want to change each of those subcategory titles from text to an image. Or maybe an image with text below it.

How do I do that?

I only want to do this in a certain category, not in all of them. Couldn't find anything in my searches that led me to an answer.
