Vertical Menu Column

When scrolling over my Categories List the box is a bit like jello-
it moves or it is not "fixed"
When scolling over Best Sellers or the other boxes there is no problem.
What would cause this problem in the code?

It would be not bad to specify URL where everything can be viewed, rather than guess :)

One thing to check is any hover settings in your css. If you have a different font size or font decoration in your hover, as you mouse over and off it, the font will change and change back.
