adding order progress
 

hi

i wanted to have the order progress bar like on https://www.idisplays.co.uk/, if you go to https://www.idisplays.co.uk/ add a product to your cart and then go to checkout, you will then see the order progress at the top.

does anyone know how to do this or is it custom work from x cart? is there a mod out there for this? we wanted have our own graphics for the progress bar.

i have attached a screen shot what i mean.

That is the 'Fast Lane Checkout' module in the 4.1 branch of X-Cart.

ah, we disabled that as we wanted users to be able to see delivery charges without registering/logging on!

is there a way we can have it with the fast lane checkout turned off?

might have to contact x cart about it.

You are using 4.0.19, how do you have fast lane?

sorry i got confused, we had fast lane on another site we had built, not sugarrays.co.uk. so to get the order process bar would i have to upgrade my x cart? but when we used the fast lane checkout on our other site the user had to log in to view the delivery charges- we did not like this so we turned it off on our other site.
so if the solution is to upgrade our x cart and then turn on fast lane checkout, then this is not good for us, as we want users to be able to view delivery charges without logging in.

is there another way of getting the order progress bar without fast lane checkout?

Yes, if you want that progress bar, you need the 4.1 branch, or you would need to custom code it.
