Narrow Search by Manufacturer

I have installed Tela Firma Narrow Search by Manufacturer.
There is an html.install file with html code in it.
Where do i install html in x-cart? it seems like it belongs in the css but not sure and i dont want to muck it up.

It looks something like this: but a full page of code
