Adding text beside a billing field
 

I need to add instructions beside the company field in the billing address section of the checkout process. It will be about four words. I cannot add it to the title of the field as it makes it too long and carries that information into all the invoice forms and such. So how do I add text to appear to the right of a field or even below the field name - but I do not want it to carry forward to any other forms. I cannot figure this one out. I have a good knowledge of html but not of smarty. If I know where the text is I can probably figure it out. Any help is appreciated.

The template for billing address is skin1/main/register_billing_address.tpl
Just add the text after the input box.
