bad php coding? somebody double check this please?

I have a simple 'include' function here but my server wont accept it and seems to be creating a 'core' error file that takes up a lot of memory.

somebody/anybody double check this and tell me if u see or dont see anything wrong with it. Thanks.

nevermind. figured it out.

apparently, you can't use the full url anymore.
only the direct path.
