"blank line" text on Product Detail Pages
 

On all of my Product Detail pages there is this text: blank line. It is under the weight and above the price. How do I get rid of it?

When modifying products there is a section with:
Weight (lbs)
Free shipping No Yes
Shipping freight ($)
Apply global discounts
blank line

That blank line has a box after it. For some strange reason "blank line" shows up in the customers detail pages. How do I get rid of that?

I thought pH meant "power of hydronium" not "hydrogen potential." Of course, I didn't pay that much attention in chem 101.

It should show you in the skin1/customer/main/product.tpl what this is and why it is appearing.

Did you add any extra fields to the product and not give the extra field a name ?

I don't see how to change it in customer/main/product.tpl. I see this modules/Extra_Fields/product.tpl in the customer/main/product.tpl file. I did not add any extra fields with this but I am taking this over from a designer who was unable to complete the job so maybe he did something.

However maybe it can be resolved here: When I modify an existing product, I have these fields, one of which says "blank line", then next to it there is a box to fill in whatever text I want. Any ideas how to get rid of the "blank line" text but keep the empty box?

i can't get my URL to show up! help!
 

i also have a problem with the extra field. i can't get any value for the field to appear. i've tried entering text, URLS, html, etc and nothing will show up on the public view of the site. any suggestions? the strange part is that the Field Name is visible but not the value. i've checked the DB to confirm it is being stored. please help!

just felt like bumping this one, since i've been wondering about fields myself. i need to change some field names, and can't find out where it is that i'd do that.

i'm in the middle of the search crawl through 400 entries that don't seem to have anything to do with my search criteria. any help much appreciated.
