Help with RubyMods fed-Ex rates & labels
 

I purchased RubyMods Fed-Ex Rates & Label mod for my 4.0.19 x-cart store. However, I am having some isses getting the mod up and running.


I tried contacting RubyMods support... and after numerous emails throughout the last 2 weeks.... i have heard no response.

So... I thought i would seek some advice from all you x-cart experts out there (since you people actually respond!!) before i give up on Rubymods altogether... and ask for my $99 bucks back!


Here's what's going on:


I have successfully installed all the patches and subscribed to the fed-ex server.

The live rates are working correctly on the site, however..... when I attempt to print a label, the error message in the new window states "ERROR: FedEx Return Error 1249 : Required address field missing: Address1"

Has anyone else using this mod run into these problems? Thanks in advance,

Rubymods has some serious issues with their help desk system. I didn't hear back from them until I raised a dispute with PayPal...that e-mail seemed to get through just fine :) Try doing that and see how quickly they respond.
