Traffic Visitor from Firetank
 

HI guys, can anyone help?

Are people having problems with license rejections with Traffic Visitor or any other mod? I got a site cloned recently and purchasing a new license for this was missed out amongst the list on my signature (duh!! bad project management!!) but even thought a second license was purchased weeks ago, I'm still getting no joy with the application and dont know where to start. I've mailed Firetank but have had no response so far so Im none the wiser even for suggestions for troubleshooting.

Any suggestions would be gratefully appreciated.

I mailed Firetank a week ago and have had nothing back. Is anyone else having the same problem? Are they still in business?

Moving to Third Party Add-Ons. Firetank is indeed still in business, but they use a help desk system so be sure to check your SPAM folders for their responses.

thanks balinor. Yes Ive mailed their technical support a number of times in recent months but have not got anything back either via in-tray or spam-tray. For some reason, my experience with their response is way below that of everyone else I deal with. I don't know why.

I mailed their technical support email address. I dont have access to their user forum because I purchased Traffic visitor from BCS Engineering. I mailed BCS Engineering who told me that Firetank were dealing with this, which was over a week ago. Ive mailed BCS Engineering a number of times this week to let them know Ive had nothing from Firetank, not even a, "we're working on it" mail.

So, perhaps between them they've forgotten about it but Im not even getting responses to my chasing since then.

I guess they've all gone on holiday early.

Balinor, BCS are helping now, trying to solve the problem for me. BCS are a good team.
