Perplexing Layout / CSS issue
 

I am almost done with my store.

I customized the left menu column.

Now what I am noticing is that the left hand column displays differently on my product detail and category with products.

It should be an easy fix but I am stuck.

Here is the way it looks with the left hand column lined up properly:

Here is the way it looks when you go into a category with products:

The left hand column has jumped down a about 50 pixels.

Now the product detail:

Now its jumped down 300+ pixels....

I want to have this aligned with the breadcrumb line at all times.

Does anyone know how to to do this?

I havn't even looked at the source code but I'm 99.9% sure you need to set the vertical alignment on the table cell, the default valign is exactly what its doing now.
