We are currently running xcart 3.12 we need to have our site re-coded from a stable branch from scratch that would include the current functionality and also have the ability to import the current database into the new developed website. I can provide a sheet with all of our customizations. Our website is mykaraokecdg.com.au.

Rodney, I gave up on the freelance customisers here (used to have a good one in Aussie until he got sick and stopped working)... when I asked the same (directly via PM as well), I only one of 8 quoted to me (quote was high and the rest never even replied)... seems they are overworked and more interested in selling modules than doing full site customisation.

I suggest that asking X-Cart Qualiteam is now the best way to go (but be prepared for the discussion and coding to take around 2 to 4 months).
However you will get what you want in the end (and I guess given that you are still on V3.12 time is not the biggest rush for you).
