I am using stock X-Cart 4.1.9

In the customer page, on the left column, HELP is the last menu. In this menu there is contact us, privacy statement and terms & condition.

When I click on the word "HELP", I get a screen with a few more options including FAQ.

What I want to do is add FAQ to the HELP menu. So when a customer look in the Help menu, they will see, contact us, FAQ, privacy statement and terms & condition.

Any idea how I can do this?

Just edit skin1/help.tpl and add another link in there, based on the current ones, but with the link to the faq page.
