Can I remove the notes field when customers order product?

I'd like to remove the option that allows customers to add notes to their order/invoice. How do I disable this? Thanks.

Are you using the Fast Lane checkout module?

Not sure if I have the fast lane checkout module. Customers can checkout without registering or register on the store.
