Balinor, I have opened most tpl files and still cant find what I am looking for...I looked and looked, so I thought I should just ask you :-)
Where do I go to change and add a link to the top portion of the site.

You see we have Search for Events, but I need to add Customer Service.

Hi Claudia, I'm sorry, but I don't know that skin. You can easily use Webmaster Mode to find out which template it is though :)

I'm a complete newb (started 2 days ago) but isn't that something you add in the Speed Bar section of Admin?
