saving templates
 

I was wondering if anyone can explain to me why I have to save my template changes 3 - 4 times before they are successfully saved. What happens is when I click save the first 2 - 3 times, my changes are deleted (because the save failed). I change my permissions prior to saving the templates so that isn't it. I do have my own ssl certificate and it seems that the problem started once that was in place. I also noticed the same thing happening when I added product images. The images would not be saved both in the admin or live in the store. I had to log in unsecure mode for the images to take.

Definitely sounds like something is not working correctly on the server. Have you asked your host about this?

Yeah, I asked him but I wasn't sure what to tell him to check on his end. Is there something specific I should ask him about?

Not sure, but it seems that it is SSL related if it just started happening once that was put in place.
