CDSEO & X-Cart Google Base export
 

The Google Base export seems to be working in 4.1.9 and for those of you who have CDSEO Links the following will substitute the default product link with the CDSEO product link.

In froogle.php around line 221

--Original Code--
$froogle_location.constant("DIR_CUSTOMER")."/product.php?productid=".$product['productid']."\t".

--Change To--
$froogle_location.constant("DIR_CUSTOMER")."/Your_CDSEO_Dir_Name/".$product['cdseo_url']."\t".

Substitute Your_CDSEO_Dir_Name with the CDSEO product directory for your site.

Hi,

Would this work for DSEFU too? I can generate the feed fine, but it generates with the default dynamic url and not the DSEFU one.

Sorry, I've not used DSEFU before but I know it workds differently than CDSEO. John should be able to answer this for you.

The CDSEO installation includes instructions for compatibility as part of step 6 :)

Hi Jon,

Yes Sir, right as always! I just checked step #6 and it's right there... My froogle.php must have been overwritten somehow or I was sleep typing during step 6. Both are possible :-D
