CSS Menus like DeepDiscount.com

Is there any existing code to do a css category menu like deepdiscount.com - just the main categories and then the sub categories after you click on 'em? no fly-out menus or anything like that and nothing javascript based.

I'll check it out.. most examples i see are the flip out ones and i want to keep it simply ;)
