Annoying Comma

Can someone tell me where I would go to get rid of the annoying comma after the "our price" and before the "% savings"? It is so out of place when you go multiple columns.

Thanks a heap in advance!

Annoying comma

I have wanted to fix this FOREVER! I kept getting a permission denied error when I tried to edit the template in the template editor. I tried to edit it manually and that didn't work either. I finally in frustration deleted the file from the server and replaced it with a copy I had locally. That seemed to work and now I no longer have an "annoying comma". I am guessing the file was corrupted...

Thanks to all who post answers on this forum. I would be bald or hanging by a rope by this time! :D

Sounds like you were having a permissions/ownership issue and by deleting and re-uploading the file, you were able to reset the file's attributes so that you could have editing rights.

Permission problem?

Hey adpboss!

Yes, that was my first thought before I deleted/copied ect. I tried to change the permissions from 644 to 777 and still received the file not found/permission denied error. I am a DOS and Windows girl with not much Unix exposure so I don't know if it is truly a permissions issue or the file was corrupted. I have another file doing the same thing...will use the same fix for it but would like to identify the true problem and not bandaid it. I only have FTP access to this server. Can't wait until we can move production to EWD Hosting...

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Dee

Permissions / Ownership are two similar but different things.

I find that sometimes ownership can get pooched and then you cannot write to files for some reason. Even changing permissions on the file will not work.

The bad news is that you need to check/change the ownership at the root/command line level, which it does not sound like you have access to on this server.

Anyway, best of luck! Sounds like you are on your way.
