Download Expander Import?
 

I was wondering if anyone knows if there is an import option for download expander? I have more than 1000 products and need to import the file locations somehow. Maybe I'm missing something.

We have this product, but I'm not sure I understand why you're asking for an importer. Download Expander doesn't wipe out or otherwise change any of the files you've already associated with e-goods. It just gives you more options if you want to go back and modify those products or add new ones.

I am moving to x-cart. I have over 1000 products to set up. After this, I will also routinely add 50-100 products at a time. Therefore, I'm looking for the easiest solution for doing this. Since you are familiar with the product, maybe you have a suggestion? My other shopping cart had an importer for the download files and settings.

Its a clear question - And I have the same. Egoods allows you to have one download file - When importing it shows up in the CSV file. I dont see any extra fields for download expander in the csv file that I exported. So - does this mean that I will have to manualy add the extra downloads - Please tell me no.

There is an import function with Download Expander but Ive not used it for a long time so open a ticket at ALtered Cart to get the latest process for doing so.
