Emailed documents logo editing
 

I would like to insert our company logo in place of the generic 'company name' logo on all of the email documents. Does anyone know if this is replacing one file - or do I need to edit multiple templates?

Also - could you possibly name the file(s)?? Your help would be much appreciated!

Just replace skin1/images/companyname_small.gif

Would there be a reason the file cannot be overwritten? It says it loads my new file - but when viewing the file it remains the same. I've also tried deleting the old file (shows it gone in the directory), but when I upload the new file it somehow reverts back to the original!! Any ideas?

try http://www.greatlakesolar.com/cleanup.php and then see if it's still doing it

It's not uncommon for an email client to cache images.

One sure way to change the image is to name it somthing new (edit the email templates) then upload the renamed image file.

This "new" image name will not be cached - and your problem is now solved.
