change "printable version" style
 

Where would I change the link style for the "printable verstion" link?
I changed my navigationpath link styles and now need to change the print link color to match but could find it.

Yeah I read that and figured it was in the skin1.css file just couldn't figure which controlled the print link. Will it be in that css file?

Well first you need to figure out what style it is calling by looking at the template it is in.

Can I use an image as the background for each left menu header ?

I put a leopard skin background in menu header so white or black text just doesn't stand out that well. I want create a graphic for each so I can add a drop shadow to the text.

Or maybe if possible it would be better to add a black drop shadow to the white text with css?

Your call, although I'd suggest removing that leopard background all together :(
