Modifying wholesale template look
Is the product_price.tpl the template that displays the wholesale prices of items if you were ordering products in qty price breaks? If not what is the template, please? I want to change the look of it. And accroding to the product.tpl I'm reading it as to look here {include file="customer/main/product_prices.tpl"}. I make changes and it does not change the look.

Have you cleared your template cache after making the changes? Moving this to Template Editing, please be sure to post all design/template questions in the Template Editing forum. Installation is only for Installation/setup questions. Thanks!

Re: Modifying wholesale template look
Yes and I have even gone to other computers in the office and that still does not show the changes. I even removed some of the CSS in the template and reload it and when I viewed the source the CSS that I removed was still there. So I begin to think it may be calling another template file.

Try using webmaster mode to pinpoint the exact template.

Re: Modifying wholesale template look
that is the template I renamed it on the server and got an error on the product page.
thanks for the help |
Re: Modifying wholesale template look
So you delete it and it doesn't show, but if you edit it, no changes take?

Re: Modifying wholesale template look
That is correct. After I renamed it I notice the template was not there. Then I decided to delete it and got the same results. Then I put it back and it was back. That is why I'm so lost on it, it is apparent that I have the right template.
I even did this. In the template I removed the class tablehead here <tr class="TableHead"> and when you look at the source code via broswer it still there. And when I view the source directly on the server instead of by browser the class file is not there. So it is getting changed. And I have cleared the template_c cache and the broswer cashe. One other thing I have notice. I cannot find this id <div id="wl_table"> - it is not in the skin1/css file |

Did you ever solve this? I am having the same confusion... |
Re: Modifying wholesale template look
Some of the wholesale pricing template is in the func.js file - I also had the same problem.
You will notice that when a product has variants it doesn't show right, this is because it uses the template from the func.js file. Its different because the script has been written so that the wholesale prices update dynamically when a customer changes the product options. Look under the rebuild_wholesale() function within /skin1/modules/product_options/func.js |
