List Range (1-10, 11-20, etc.)

I want to display 3-columns on my homepage listing 'bestsellers' in ranges like 1-10, 11-20, 21-30.

Anyone know how to do that?

Is my request confusing? Should I attempt to describe what I'm trying to accomplish in a different way? Any comments would be appreciated.
