Continue Shopping Button and Home Button Link Change

I'd like to change the Continue shopping link to go to a different site aslo the when you click the Home button to go to the same page anyone know how to do this?

Find the template that contains the buttons using Webmaster Mode. View the code for those buttons, and change the links accordingly.

Moving to Template Editing, as this really doesn't have to do with Product Management :)
