How to remove XC seo?
 

My site currently have XC SEO installed. I am thinking of switching to CDSEO (haven't completely made my decision). Just wondering what is the procedure to remove XC seo.

In X-Cart Admin there is an SEO option Setting (choose "General Settings" then "SEO Options"... there you can change / add your own meta description and keywords - that should remove the X-Cart references... or if you want to remove it altogether you can just un-tick the boxes and it should stop including the metatags.

If you purchase CDSEO with installation we will uninstall XC SEO on your behalf as part of the installation process and ensure XC SEO urls are 301 redirected to preserve existing indexes.

XCSEO removal shouldn't be an issue for anyone though, as it's an actual *module* that can be turned on/off.
