How do I remove this page ??

Hello I need some help here

has been browsing thru this forum for hours and could not find a solution for it

when customer added a product from add to cart button
They are directed to a white page
eg : http://www.xxxx.com/cart.php?mode=add

with these words on it

If the page is not updated in 2 seconds, please follow this link: continue >>

I noticed a lot of xcart store does not have this page ...
So I am wondering how to remove this page and send them directly to cart.php

Thank You In advance

What php files have you edited from the default install? Check to make sure they don't have any spaces or extra lines after the closing bracket.

Actually this is a known event to occur for people running PHP in CGI or FastCGI mode (e.g. not as an Apache module) because some broken implementations such as suPHP or SuExecPHP (both useless and unnecessary unless you use Apache 1.3) since it cannot do traversal sessions with buffers.

I have had the same issue and have not modified any files. The install was done by x-cart techs. I would really like to get rid of this issue.

Then it is probably a server configuration issue as noted above.
