Sorry, I want to change it too but I couldnt found the modifier.priceformat.php in the smarty/plugin folder.
I am using the 4.1.8 with smarty 2.6.12

Hi Hara, I have moved your post to a new thread as the one you posted in was 3 years old and applied to an old version of X-Cart.
