Address Book

We are looking to give our customers' Account Profile section a facelift. What I would really like to add (among some other things) is the ability to hold more than one Ship-to address.

In other words, an Address Book.

Does anyone know if this has been done before?
Is there anyone out there brave enough to take on the task - if it has not been done before? :-)

Please let me know.

Done a while back, but I'm sure you could mod it for 4.1.
