Adjusting the number of characters shown in Bestsellers
 

Just wondering,

Does anyone know if there is there a way to limit the number of characters shown bestselling item area of my front page so the links don't word wrap?

Yes, you can use smarty's 'truncate' modifier ...

I was pretty nervous to mess with smarty stuff but truth be told that was pretty easy. I just went into the modules/Bestsellers/ and open the menu.tpl which was there... added the text off the page you suggested (adjusted to my liking) and BOOM... instant fix.
