dialog_bg_n.gif changes not taking effect
 

I've pulled this file into photoshop, changed the color, resaved the file - then downloaded back onto the server - for some reason the file keeps reverting back to the original color. Can someone help please - the system shows that the file downloaded successfully (yes I checked to replace file if exists).

I forgot to add that I did that as well - same problem keeps happening. Any other advice?

For some reason, the .gif file won't take the change - but I put it out as a .jpg & it took no problem. Thanks for the help - I'll just recreate & save as a different .gif name to use. I guess I was just wondering why I couldn't replace the original file.
