Featured Item Layout
 

Hey guys,

I have been looking for a way to change the default layout look on the featured items.
I wanted to show the items on grid layout like 4 columns and 4 rows?

Is there a mod or something?

Do you have your regular products set to display in multiple columns as well?

If you mean the front page featured layout you might be interested in our Featured Product Manager, this lets you do alot with your layout and product list displays without having to hack up or modify your x-cart php, tables or admin.

This is an example of an x-cart 3.X site running FiretankSoftware.com featured product manager for x-cart. (it's available for all versions of x-cart)

Everything you see with Red boxes around it including the HTML, product display, side bars etc are all controlled by our add on and you can change the display in seconds.

Balinor - No, I don't. Well, actually I want to set it up to show in multiple columns but I don't know how to do it. I didn't think there was a setting in the admin page where we can do that... can we?

Groovico - it looks like an amazing soft! I am going to def. check it out once I have a bit more budget lol.

Yuichi,

Within the admin area, Goto "General Settings" then "Appearance Options"

You will see these two settings which will help:

* Display products list in multiple columns (1-3) (leave empty to use standard format)
* Display only featured products list in multicolumn format
