Category Heading Box?

I somehow deleted my Category heading...i.e. the box that sits on top of the categories and says Categories like so...

Categories
Category 1
Category 2
Category 3

Does anyone have the code or know how I can add it back in? I'm assuming it goes into categories.tpl, but I can't seem to figure it out...

Look at the original template in skin1_original and add back what you removed.
