Customize gift certificate email

Hello everyone. We would like to customize the gift certificate email that gets sent out to customers to look more like the email invoice. Would someone be able to tell me which file(s) I should edit. I haven't had any luck finding the right one.

Have you looked in

/skin1/modules/Gift_Certificates ?

PS -- please update your forum signature. "4.1" can be one of many versions. "4.1.7" or 4.1.6, etc... is more accurate. There were major changes bewteen versions... Thanks.
