Opinions on "redirect to cart"
 

In general settings I have the option of when a user adds a product to their cart, should I have it stay where they are at, or should I have it redirect them to their shopping cart.

I'm basically just looking for opinions, experiences, etc...

I would work something using the code that is in the cart template, so if there is products in cart, show the cart in the menu highlighted with the products, keeping them in the store, this way they know where its added to and can go from there...

yeah thats kinda the way I am set up now, just wanted to see if people found redirecting to the cart more effective.
