Thumbnails In cart and checkout
 

I looked through the postings and didn't see this get resolved. All I want to do is have x-cart use my thumbnails in the shopping cart and checkout instead of the large detail picture. I don't want to resize anything, I have done all that with photoshop so there are no resizing issues. I just want to use the thumbnails for a cleaner cart appearance.

OK on the double post. Why couldn't you have included an answer to my question at the same time. It seems like such an easy thing. If someone in the forums says "I don't know how you can do that, contact the help desk" is different from someone saying "contact the helpdesk" without any advice.

If I had an answer for you I would have provided it which is why I suggested contacting the help desk.

OK, I didn't mean to be rude. It's just that I like this software but have been dissapointed in how difficult it can be to find... anything. I believe the reason I am unable to use the thumbnails has something to do the product variants. I will contact the help desk.

Yes, X-Cart is very complex and there is a very steep learning curve. You have to remember though, that posting in the forum isn't always going to give you immediate answers, sometimes it can take a few days or even weeks as everyone here volunteers their time. That is why I suggested contacting the help desk as they will be able to help you immediately and will guarantee an answer.
