Categories/Subcategories showing on the menu
 

Does anyone know how to display by default the categories and the subcategories on the main page left-hand side menu?

Like this

- Categorie A
---- Subcatrgorie 1
---- Subcatrgorie 2
---- Subcatrgorie 3
---- Subcatrgorie 4
- Categorie A
- Categorie A
- Categorie A

We need to list them like that to allow user to click directly to the relevant category or subcategory.

Can anyone help?
