Anonymous checkout errors
 

I know there are a lot of posts about anonymous checkout issues but none cover the particular problem I'm having.

The details:
- I'm running 4.0.19.
- I have "Disable anonymous checkout" unchecked.
- I've commented out this line in skin1/customer/main/register.tpl:

include file="main/register_account.tpl" userinfo=$userinfo

However, when I complete the billing and shipping information and submit the form I get this error:

The form is filled in with errors !
Check that you have entered all mandatory values.
Check that your password matches confirmation.

I've even uncommented the include, so I can see the username and password fields, and they don't have the red asterisk of required fields.

Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks --

Did you happen to use autofill to fill out the form? Also, please be sure to add your version to your signature per the forum guidelines. Thanks :)
