where do i delete 'privacy statement'?
 

would also like to know how to move 'contact us' further down the menu.

not sure why x-cart would force these to be where they are, they should be created like any other static page imo.

Yea, I usually delete them and use static pages for all of the content. skin1/help.tpl contains the links, just remove them.

Hay I to would like to do this to. The order is all wrong and it seems it would be much easier if the pre-defined cats were not there.
I have read skin1/help.tpl top to bottom, trying to figgure out what to take out but can't pick it. What should I be looking for?

Should get time to remove default contacts, privacy statment etc today and re add them as static pages. I take it I go into languages and do it in there?

Just go to skin1/help.tpl and remove them:

<a href="help.php?section=business" class="VertMenuItems">{$lng.lbl_privacy_statement} </a><br />
<a href="help.php?section=conditions" class="VertMenuItems">{$lng.lbl_terms_n_conditions }</a><br />

When you add static pages, they will automatically show up in the help menu.
