Commenting out Checkout step 1
 

What exactly do I have to comment out to change the look from A to B:

A)
Sorry, there are no available shipping methods for your location.:
anonymous
Subtotal:
$38.85Shipping and handling:
n/a
Total:
$38.85

B)
Subtotal $38.85

Basically just show Subtotal on that first step and nothing else.

EDIT: Just to add a note that I am using UPS real time.

Un-check 'assume user is from the default country' in General Settings and then go into customer/main/cart_totals.tpl and comment out the fields you don't want. I usually create a copy of cart_totals.tpl (cart_totals_cart.tpl) as X-Cart also uses the cart_totals.tpl file on the last part of checkout.
