I am thinking about getting this mod it seems to be poping up everywhere are your customers really using the Social Bookmarks ? Please tell

Anything that sends your customer/potential customer AWAY from the business of buying your products is, in my opinion, a bad idea. Social Bookmarks, AdSense, banner ads, etc. Keep the customer focused on what you want them to be focused on, spending money in your store!

I'm thinking about including a few of the most popular link-sharing icons in the "send to a friend" section.
I use tabbed product pages and if a buyer clicks on the "send to a friend" tab, let him send it to as
many friends as possible, I like free advertising.
If they bookmark my store, it's good. If they share the bookmark with lots of other people, it's even better.
Since the icons will only show under the "send to friend" tab, most people will never see them, no distraction from shopping.

you all make good points I guess it must be the in thing now. And I do want people to stay on the site boy do I want them to stay. and since everyone is doing it everybody is thinking it must work
