First thing is, you should NEVER decline a order that big :lol: Secondly you can remove that text in your admin/languages area. In version 4.1.5 it is located in eml_signature.

I changed ours to say "Thank you for using our shopping system, please call again soon!"

Its a pity that they need to place the word x-cart in so many places. All that happens is that if you are setting up a new store you have to try and find each instance and replace it with your own company name.

By now you would think that they would just use the company name variable in place of hard coding such things in there
