displaying the language selection box on every page
 

We would like to display the language selection box on every page, and would like to move it to the right column instead of the in the header.
Now it is only visualised on the index.php page, we would like to have it visualised all the time.
(maybe I'm asking questions that were already answered before, but I'm new to this forum, and there are so many topics, so please be patient with me...)

Just copy the code that is in the head.tpl template that does the search and add it into the customer/home.tpl where you want the drop down box to appear. It will then be on all pages of the site.

Copying the code doesn't work in this case. For some reason when trying to change the language it results in an error. I guess the language selection box is somehow linked to the head.tpl template.
Someone done this in the past?
