All 3rd Party Add-Ons are for X-Cart - do I need join the dark side?
 

I keep hearing about all these fantastic add-ons like Firetanks Marketing manager pro (firetanksoftware.com). But they are always for x-cart. I spent so much time customizing my store with LC... Has anyone here switched from LC to X-Cart so they can tap into all the add-ons? Was it worth it? Was it hard to do? I just don't want to start from scratch after a year of work I put into it... Thanks!

You would need to start from scratch...LC and X-Cart are two totally different platforms.

I figured, though I'm sure some of what I learned will transfer. I just wonder if anyone has contemplated this... what they decided and why. and if they were happy with their decision. I've run into a few other things I want to do that are available as cheap add-ons by various vendors, but I'd have to do from scratch if I keep LiteCommerce... Thanks.
