Cart Log Analyzer
 

I recently migrated from Monstercommerce to X-cart. One of the things I really liked about MC was their abandoned cart viewer. We could check through abandoned carts, and when customers had logged in, we could get their info and contact them to see if they had run into problems.

This function was also useful if a customer called with a problem while placing their order. We could find the cart, print it on our end, then enter it manually.

I'm looking for a mod or add-on that will enable X-cart with this functionality. I found a product on a site called x-carts-plus.com that had what I needed, but they seem to not be in business anymore.

The product was called X-CART Customer Cart Log Analyzer.

Anyone know of another retailer of this or a similar product? I've checked the main X-cart mod sites and searched the forums, but no luck...

I was looking at this mod too - why do you say that they no longer seem to be in business? Are they not responding to your emails or what?

The site is live, but they don't respond to emails. I bought the mod (my card hasn't been charged, thankfully), but they never installed it, nor replied to any of my emails.

If anyone has any info...

Doubt it, Comcast is pretty huge and I have quite a few Aussie clients :)

Just wanted to update people on the situation at x-cart-plus.com.

On Jan. 8 I paid for a cart log analyzer that they offered on their site. I got busy, and they were slow in responding to my questions about when the mod would be installed. They emailed a couple of times explaining how busy they were, and assured me it would be installed in a couple of days.

It's now been two months and nothing has happened. I thought I paid by credit card, but payment was actually made through PayPal. I'm now past the dispute time frame of 45 days, so it looks like the money is gone.

Beware of these guys. I don't think they are intentionally dishonest, but accepting payment then NEVER delivering the product is a rip-off, pure and simple.

I've dealt with a couple of other third-party developers with great results. But in the case of x-cart-plus.com, do not, under any circumstances, pay for services. Their site is live and seems to be bonafide, but their business practices are not above board. I'm out about US$80, lesson learned.
