X-Cart Tabbed Product Menu problem
 

Hi,
I am using xcart 4.1.5 and have downloaded the tabbed product menu from http://www.xcartmods.co.uk/index.html. Have done everything in the install.txt file but cant get it to work. Has anyone tested this with 4.1.5? thanks!

Double check you've done every step, it works fine in any version.

Hi,

I double checked and it does not work. I also received an email from phil that generally it works in any version, but the implementation is different in
v4.1.x as the code was originally done for v4.0.x.

The code in /skin1/product.tpl should be different, so some smarty knowledge is
required which I unfor. do not have.

Can some one tell me please what excatly should be changed in product.tpl.

First of all, what error are you getting?

I'll add a tabs.tpl file for v4.1.x to the mod.

I've updated the mod, it now comes with a v4.0.x and v4.1.x tabs file.

Thanks phil for the new version. It works in Firefox but in IE7 I can not get it to work. I also cleaned up the cash but unfortunately with no results.
In IE7 you can see the base template of the tabs (desciption, send to friend, cusomer reviews) but you can not select or switch between the tabs. Any comments?

Hi,

Can anyone else please help me on this issue? Unfortunately have not received any feedback from phil yet.

There is a new package for 4.1.x available free for download kindly from phil, but seems not to work. Can anyone try to make it work on 4.1.x.

Hi Ferdi,

I tried this but had the same problem you are facing. I downloaded the Tabbed Menu from Dynamic Drive and followed the instructions to create Tabbed Menu for Product Details.

You too can try the same...
