Show order history on users profile page?
 

I am finding it difficult to find a particular order for a customer quickly, is there anyway once I find the user I am looking for, display a list of links of that particular users order history in the admin area?

This sure would save alot of time hunting down orders.

Are you using the 'advanced search' in the orders area? You can track down all the orders for one user.

The site was custom built and I don't see a button for an advanced search, but this would explain everything if that is what this feature does. Because I am surprised there isn't an easier way to find users orders.

I will look into accessing the advanced search area and post back here.

I try :) There should be an expandable 'Advanced Search' link on the 'Orders' page, just below the area where it lets you search by date. That gives you every possible search option you could want for orders :)

Yep, found it, the original developer commented this out for some reason. Works as expected.

Check the customer side, he may have commented it out because it was breaking the customer layout...it can do that sometimes. They use the same template unfortunatley.
