placeing banners on shops main page
 

Hello all,

I was tring to put some banners on my shops main page. But I only want them to show up on ( http://www.appatice.com/shop/ ) Where do I go to change just that template, tpl or php files? I want it to be like this site ( http://www.geeks.com/ ) see how when you are on there main page it shows sale banners and once you go father than that page they go away. That is what I am tring to do.

Use an {if} statement:

{if $main eq "catalog" and $current_category.category eq ""}

display banner

{/if}

or just add the banner to skin1/customer/welcome.tpl
